Quinn Dominates First Blue Rookie Race
Quinn moved up from the red rookie class to the blue rookie class which means a larger restrictor plate and faster speeds. We were able to get a few practice sessions in and it was apparent that Quinn was comfortable going faster. We started 3rd in the heat race and quickly moved to the front. Quinn ran some solid laps and took the heat race win.
After making a few adjustments to help tighten the car up (make it so it doesn’t want to spin out as much coming off the corner), we proceeded to the grid starting from the pole position. Quinn took a commanding lead from the start and never looked back to win the 20 lap main event.
